Dringo
Dringo is my own climbing app: a personal notebook for sessions, projects and the details worth remembering, with sharing kept a choice rather than a requirement.

The goal
A place for the rest of the climbing story
Climbing notes, photos and plans for another attempt can end up scattered between messages and memory. I started Dringo to give that personal record a home, useful for an ordinary session as well as a long-running project.
Where I came in
I work across the product idea, identity, app design and development, and the supporting website, drawing on my own climbing experience.
The work
What we delivered.
Leave room for an ordinary climbing day
The journal makes room for quick notes, photos and ongoing projects, without requiring a detailed account of every climb.
Useful even when nobody else sees it
Personal notes come first. Sharing with climbing partners is a choice, not a requirement for getting value from the app.
Keep the route information where it belongs
The notebook sits alongside existing route information and supports different kinds of climbing, keeping its focus on the climber’s own experience.

The result
What it made possible.
An ongoing product build with a clear purpose: helping climbers keep the details that matter to them, with the app, brand and website shaped around that idea.
